General Summary
As Senior Product Manager, you will direct the overall product/app roadmap for a significant part of our business. You will require limited weekly guidance while translating ideas into strategy and features, following the product development from start to finish. You will coordinate with engineering, design, marketing and other teams to drive customer outcomes that deliver business impact.

You work within a cross-functional team, manage product and UX team members and report to the VP, Product Development.
Core Functions
- Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company vision.
- Own the roadmap within their area of concern and validate what can/cannot be added with fact-based, unbiased decision making.
- Expertly facilitate the exchange of ideas between cross-functional teams ultimately gaining buy-in and alignment (tech, design, GTM and customer success experts).
- Is considered an expert of the market and has a deep knowledge of the KSF (Key Success Factors).
- Is ultimately accountable for the proper execution of the plan.
- Advocate for new projects that could increase the value proposition or market reach, and provide unbiased supporting arguments for consideration.
- Is considered by stakeholders as a reliable problem solver.
- Anticipate discussions and come to the meeting with an answer first to ease the reasoning and help the efficiency of the solving.

Requirements
- 6+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
- Organizational and leadership experience.
- Expert people skills with the ability to motivate teams through vision and communication.
- Proven experience at the strategic level, owning long-term road maps with successful execution.
Degrees are not required and we value all forms of continued education including traditional four-year degrees, post-graduate degrees, associates degrees, bootcamps, online training, professional certifications, self-teaching and more.

While some opportunities can be fully-remote, there is a minimum expectation of traveling to the Louisville, CO office for essential company events a few times per year. Applicants who are not within a reasonable commute, live outside CO, or require a fully remote environment will be considered for all roles that have the capability of fully remote work. Compensation
Peaksware/TrainingPeaks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Colorado is $91,313 - $152,188. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
This role is eligible for variable compensation including bonus.
