3 days onsite - 2 days remote

Help us get ahead of disease together with our Legal Internship Business Area  

Education required:  Currently studying BS in the legal area.

Other requirements:  Must be enrolled at a university for the whole duration of the internship (1 year to 18 months).

Availability of 8 hours per day - Monday to Friday

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English and Spanish

Expected Start date: August 2024.

What will you do?

• General legal help inside the corporation
• Provide support to the corporate secretariat acting as a point of contact with Corporate and external legal advisors
• Support with administrative tasks such as tracking invoices and payments
• Support the Legal CARICAM page, uploading boards of directors and relevant information
• Convene meetings and keep the order of the agenda
• Provide support on legal documentation or legal consultations to collaborators from different GSK departments.
• Act as a point of contact with external firms.
