What YOU Will Do:
- Understand Stakeholder Requirements and Objectives: Engage with key stakeholders to gather and document their requirements and objectives. Ensure these align with the organization's vision and strategic goals
- Develop Project Plans: Create detailed project plans that include scope, work specifications, schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Resource Allocation: Select appropriate resources to optimize performance and ensure the project is feasible within the given constraints
- Monitor Performance: Continuously monitor the performance of the project against established targets
- Risk Management: Develop corrective action plans to address risks and performance gaps, to achieve customer satisfaction, cost savings, and schedule goals
- Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project team members regarding job schedules and project status to ensure timely completion and keeps everyone aligned. Conduct reviews and present plans and progress reports on project strategy, progress, and results
- Problem-Solving: Identify and react promptly to project problems. Lead the development of solutions, such as reallocating resources or changing specifications, and assist in resolving escalated issues
- Strategic Planning: Drive strategic planning efforts to ensure the project contributes to the organization's broader objectives
- Knowledge Management: Incorporate knowledge management, training and development, and change management into all projects to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes

Qualifications YOU Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Qualifications WE Prefer:
- Prior aerospace or manufacturing experience
- Proficient in Jira and Confluence
- Prior experience leading teams and typically viewed as subject-matter expert within discipline
- Project Management qualifications would be advantageous- PMI/APM or equivalent
- Prosci Certified and able to apply change management techniques and tools when needed
