Senior Home Service Technician / Handyman

Hiring motivated, professional Handymen with skills in multiple trades!

We have tons of work to keep you busy year-round, and offer between $28 and $36 per hour to start, depending on experience.

In addition to regular independent jobs, you'll lead a group of technicians who will report to you after you have proven yourself.

Requirements

We are looking for handymen with a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting, and Drywalling to light Plumbing and Electrical.

Specific qualifications for the role include:

• 10+ year track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman; estimation skills and prior home inspection experience, strongly preferred
• Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing
• Own standard set of tools
• Own your own work truck (we pay a gas allowance!)
• Valid Driver's License
• Comfortable with a pre-employment background check
