Job Description

Job description:

1. Develop and implement quality control procedures. Instructions and guidelines that describe the inspection, testing, and verification methods necessary to ensure quality. Ensuring that products, processes, and systems meet established quality standards and requirements.
2. Identifying, preventing, and correcting quality problems, with the aim of improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
3. Develop and implement quality control procedures,
4. Perform inspections and tests,
5. Analyze data and performance metrics, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve problems and implement continuous improvements.
6. Ensuring compliance with standards and regulations , ensure the excellence and reliability of products and processes, ensuring that they meet quality expectations and requirements.
7. Create controls and performance indicators. Validation of the Project, Product and Process.
8. Feedback, Assessment and Corrective Action.
9. Engineering documents APQP documents;
10. Planning and agreeing on the complete PPA process.
11. Application field.
12. Selecting the submission level, Special procedures;
13. Performance Tests and validation process;
14. Material Composition Declaration (IMDS)
15. Participate in supplier and production meetings, deliverables meetings and budget meetings, among others.
16. Follow internal and external Audit

Qualifications

Education: Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Industrial Engineering 

1. APQP and its links with ISO 9001 ISO9001e TS 16949 standards
2. APQP : Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA), Statistical Process Control (CEP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
3. Knowledge in methodologies that allows possible failures and what their occurrence could cause within an industry.
4. Principles, benefits, involvements, phases, team, responsibilities, and changes
5. Quality Planning
6. Product Design and Development.
7. Process Design and Development.
8. Experience in Audits
