What The Role Is

This position is responsible for providing support and servicing of leases and loans in the Equipment Finance portfolio and will be responsible for assisting officers and customers with customer support needs.

How You will Make an Impact

● Process Accounts Receivable daily payment posting

● Prepare and complete title and UCC releases

● Process Invoicing

● Process ACH and Incoming Wire Transactions

● Process Payoff Requests

● Follow up and maintenance of insurance on active contracts

● Provide support and/or backup for other workflows and duties as they may arise

● Build and maintain positive relations with all customers, potential customers and co-workers

● Perform as a team member in allocating and coordinating the workflow

● Contribute to the fulfillment of department and company objectives and goals

● Comply with all department and company policies, procedures and regulations

● Accountable for mostly basic and clerical short-term tasks

● Uses basic judgment.

● Fundamental understanding of support discipline

● Basic understanding of procedures to deliver basic technical, administrative, or operative tasks

 

Who You Are

● Stable job history

● Exceptional verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills

● Ability to write correspondence

● Ability to read and comprehend documents

● Ability to calculate basic financial figures and amounts

● Proficient in computer skills and knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, internet, e-mail, database, presentation, and project software (Microsoft Office)

● Professional appearance and demeanor

● Detail oriented and able to follow set guidelines Good organizational skills

● Ability to enter data correctly using keyboard, typewriter and calculator

● Ability to operate general office equipment

● Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

● Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment

Education

● High school diploma or equivalent

● Two (2) years' experience in banking preferred
