Senior Tech Recruiter (Hybrid)

We are looking for a mid-level Recruiter who wants to help grow our RPO / Embedded area - the first challenge is with one of our current customers for one year.

How can you collaborate with us? As a Recruiter you'll be in an RPO mode in one of our current clients. You will be responsible for recruiting technical roles, helping the company define and implement a hiring strategy, and working on their employer branding (job fairs for example).

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Senior Recruiter you’ll be:

• Executing recruitment for technical roles. From devising pipeline strategies and sourcing to owning the entire candidate journey including extending offers and closing the candidate

• Building and efficiently managing a diverse pipeline of candidates

• Providing and driving an extraordinary hiring experience for all candidates, regardless of whether they are successful or not

• Partnering with the hiring manager and collaborating with the People Team to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies

The Hands-On Experience We Need You to Bring to the Table:

• 4+ years of proven work experience as a Tech Recruiter (mandatory);
• Experience working on a start-up or scale-up;
• Proficient in using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and more than that;
• Experience in full life cycle recruiting;
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
