 What You’ll Do:

• Greet patients with a smile and make them feel at ease after appointments

• Schedule follow-up visits and ensure all demographic and insurance info is accurate

• Obtain insurance cards, collect co-pays, verify insurance eligibility, and communicate patient financial responsibilities

• Help patients understand their procedures, labs, and referrals

• Answer phones, return calls, and support various clerical tasks

• Keep our front office organized, secure, and ready for each day

• Maintain patient confidentiality and a high standard of service

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• A detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills

• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare setting a plus!)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records

• Knowledge of medical terminology

• A positive attitude and team-player energy

• Able to sit, move, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed in an office/clinic setting

• Prolonged periods of sitting and/or being stationary at a desk 

• Must communicate and exchange information frequently and on an on-going basis
