Automotive Accounting Specialist

Panama City Automotive Group is looking for an Automotive Accounting Specialist. This is a rare, and exciting opportunity in a fast-paced, growing environment located at John Lee Nissan Mazda. The Automotive Accounting Specialist is responsible for various accounting duties and assisting the Automotive Controller. CDK automotive accounting experience is a plus! This is a full-time position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing various accounting spreadsheets and reports 
• Entering and verifying all new and used inventory into the general ledger
• Break down all deals and verify compliance requirements are met
• Processing dealer trades and wholesales
• Cancellations
• Data Entry, Cleaning Schedules
• Coordinating accounting matters with other departments, and locations
• Crosstrain with other positions in the accounting office
• Other duties as assigned by Automotive Controller

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two plus years’ experience in Automotive accounting
• Automotive Dealership experience required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office software, Microsoft excel
• CDK experience preferred but not required
• Strong acclimation to mathematics and analysis
• 18+ years of age or older
