Job Description

BryceTech is currently looking for a Strategic Planning Analyst to join our team supporting a Federal Gov’t Customer in Washington, DC. This candidate is responsible for the development, coordination, and execution of its strategic plan.

  • Assist in updating metrics and monitoring accomplishments against the strategic plan
  • Collaborate with the integrated project team to compile, collate, and integrate both qualitative and quantitative portfolio, program, project, information and data
  • Assist in identifying, prioritizing, and executing programs to help refine, enhance, and expand organizational capabilities
  • Performs studies, analyses, assessments, surveys, or other research to address a wide range of challenges
  • Use basic data analytics to develop, populate, and analyze dashboards for project, program, and portfolio measurement results and metrics
  • Socialize dashboards and performance measures for executives and managers to inform strategies and decisions
  • Analyze program and project cost, schedule, technical performance, and quality data for trends and issues common across the program management office to identify areas needing management attention or new strategies and opportunities to improve
  • Leverage analytics, business processes, and policy insights to identify programmatic enhancements and new investments/divestments to meet operational goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to adapt quickly and develop successful professional relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to conduct environmental scans and analysis to inform strategy planning, strategic direction, and execution
  • Experience in collaborating in a team environment to to compile, collate, and integrate both qualitative and quantitative portfolio, program, project, information and data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Additional Information

This a hybrid role.

Pay: $110,000 - $120,000
