What You’ll Do:

• Assist with Accounts Payable – ensure vendor invoices are processed accurately and timely.
• Manage Credit Card Reconciliations – balance and record transactions with precision.
• Process Payroll – maintain accurate employee records and deductions.
• Perform Month-End Duties – resolve account discrepancies and ensure all data is reconciled.
• Help prepare Monthly Financial Statements – gather key data and provide insightful reports.
• Maintain accurate records – adhere to internal controls and accounting standards.
• Collaborate with the team – assist with special projects and ad hoc requests.
• Take ownership of your Professional Development – grow your career and learn new skills with us!
• Contribute to improving accounting processes and internal controls across the department.

What You Bring:

• Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, or a recent college graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling); familiarity with accounts payable, payroll, credit card reconciliation, and month-end closing procedures.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Traits: Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Personality: A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Preferred (But Not Required):

• Experience in a fast-paced or growing company.
• Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems.
