In this role, you will deliver digital solutions by working closely with clients to define requirements and implement new capabilities. You will manage the day-to-day operations of various digital projects, including site launches, online tools, web applications, and content projects. You will develop and execute digital communication strategies to enhance client engagement and brand presence, create compelling content, and utilize analytics to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns. You will participate in business development activities, including identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the business. In a dynamic environment, you will support the development of an agile project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, all while collaborating with your team to make a tangible difference.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience as a digital communications lead or project manager

• 5+ years of experience with digital tools and platforms, including content management systems (CMS), social media management tools, and web analytics

• 5+ years of experience with business development processes, including proposal writing and client relationship management

• Experience with health or science communications, change communications, or digital media

• Knowledge of webpage design, content strategy, search engine optimization, or content development life cycles

• Ability to identify improvements in the client's processes or offerings and recommend solutions

• Ability to create high-quality deliverables, including project plans, strategic roadmaps, and status reports

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree 

Nice If You Have:

• Knowledge of federal government websites and federal digital requirements, including Accessibility and Section 508 compliance

• Ability to be a self-starter, pay strict attention to detail, and multitask across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations to internal and external professionals at all levels

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
