In order to participate in Berklee Student Employment, a student must fulfill the following requirements:
Current student at Berklee College of Music or Boston Conservatory at Berklee.
Enrolled at least half-time in a degree, diploma, or certificate-seeking undergraduate or graduate program. Summer is the only semester in which a student can maintain employment without being enrolled. In this case, the student must be pre-registered for the upcoming fall semester. This exception does not apply to fall or spring semesters.
Have a valid United States Social Security Number (SSN).
Remain in “valid” Visa status as applicable.
A minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA. Students in their first semester can work, even though they do not have an official GPA until the completion of their first semester.
Federal Work Study student may apply.
In good disciplinary standing.
Must be located in the U.S.

The Caf Shows Production Manager oversees all aspects of Caf Shows production. This role involves working closely with the Business Manager to hire, train, and manage the Caf Shows staff, as well as assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling and operational decisions.Responsibilities
Co-manage the operations and team alongside the Caf Shows Business Manager.
Train and oversee the Caf Shows engineer to ensure successful event facilitation.
Hold weekly office hours to:
Perform administrative tasks, such as responding to emails, managing Google Drive, and assisting students.
Meet with bands to discuss contracts and production details.
Ensure all office and event-related tasks are completed efficiently.
Maintain flexibility to fairly distribute Caf Shows shifts, including weekends.
Uphold Berklee and Office of Student Activities policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the Concert Operations 160 Production Manager to provide technical support and maintain venue equipment.
Attend weekly meetings with the Business Manager, Associate Director of Student Involvement, and Concert Operations Production Manager.
Time Commitment
2-3 shows per week: 7–10.5 hours
Office hours/team meetings: 6 hours
Total: 13–16.5 hours per week
Qualifications
Minimum one semester on the Caf Shows Team.
At least one year remaining before graduation.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Effective problem-solving abilities.
Punctual and dependable.
