Position Overview: We are seeking an Entry-Level Home Building Sales / Marketing Agent to help expand our market presence and drive sales. This role involves building relationships with homeowners, generating leads, and occasionally engaging in door-to-door sales. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales or customer service, a passion for real estate, and a strong desire to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and potential buyers.Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and digital marketing.Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and trends.Present and promote our home building services to prospective clients.Participate in community events and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness.Occasionally engage in door-to-door sales efforts to generate leads.Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications:Previous experience in sales or customer service is required.A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Comfortable with door-to-door sales and face-to-face interactions.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
