What Can You Expect? 

• To design and refine tools and processes for ideation and idea maturation, helping to turn concepts into viable business ventures.

• To assist in planning and executing various innovation initiatives, both internally and externally. 

• To collaborate closely with a small, agile team of startup enthusiasts, gaining insights into entrepreneurial methods and innovation management. 

Who Are You? 

• A current university student, preferably in a field related to entrepreneurship, innovation, marketing, communication, design, natural sciences or business. 

• A creative thinker with a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship, knowledgeable or interested in Lean Startup, business design, and other innovation methodologies. 

• A self-starter who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.  

• Proficient in graphic design and familiar with communication tools and software. 

• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. 

• Fluent in English and/or German
