CIB & CB Client Lifecycle Management Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant

About this role:

Wells Fargo's CIB & CB Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to help drive Program Planning and Business Execution so that we successfully achieve target outcomes of helping customers, growing business, and improving risk management. The CLM program will achieve these outcomes by deploying new technology and capabilities, improving processes, simplifying requirements, and partnering across businesses and functions.

In this role, you will:

• Perform as a Business Execution Engagement Manager, leading cross-functional teams (via matrix-style management) to develop, strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs and initiatives that expand the scope and benefits of the Client Lifecycle Management Program

• Define specific and measurable targets for desired outcomes, foster a culture of accountability, and drive cross-functional project teams to achieve stated goals

• Identify opportunities and strategies to improve Client Lifecycle Management outcomes

• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including senior leaders across Wells Fargo business, technology, and operations areas

• Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate

• Design and lead routines to maintain visibility and alignment to initiative/program status, risk items, and actions needed

• Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance

• Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations

• Make decisions and drive issue resolution, through collaboration and partnership, in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, to support implementation of developed solutions and plans

• Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Wholesale Banking products (Lending, Markets, Deposits, etc.)

• Experience in areas related to wholesale client onboarding and servicing

• Someone who has an execution-based consultant mindset

• Management consulting experience, or equivalent

• Product roadmap and/or business strategy development experience

• Demonstrated ability to operate and thrive in an agile working environment, and to transition existing non-agile teams to an agile and autonomous way of working

• Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive level leaders

• Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change

• Ability to turn preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutions

• Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

• Experience managing and executing complex projects in a large enterprise environment

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills

• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
