As a PTP Intern at Electrolux, you will assist with processing purchase orders, invoices, and payment requests, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with our policies. You will also help resolve discrepancies, maintain supplier records, and support the team with reporting. We offer variety of tasks and a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This internship is 3-months-long, part-time (20 hours per week), paid 28PLN per hour. 

 

What you will do: 

 

You will be supporting the smooth operations of our Accounts Payable (PTP) activities by working alongside more senior colleagues. You will prepare basic reports and learn to use SAP. With an excellent eye for detail, willingness to learn and positive attitude, we are convinced that you will be a great addition to our team.  

 

In detail, you will be: 

 

• Processing PTP incoming documents  

• Resolving PTP processing related issues 

• Responding to customers' inquiries in a timely manner 

• Assisting with monthly closing activities 

• Actively supporting other PTP processes when required 

 

 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

 

• Student or recent graduate of Finance/Accounting or a related area 

• Fluency in English
