Infrastructure Specialist w. IBM Cloud

Introduction
In this role, you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Design, dev, test, document
• Provide product upgrade procedures
• Support end users
• Attend Agile rituals
• Synchronize with IBM Labs to track enhancement requests or issues
• Discuss architectural decision with the team
• Code review, make all catalog products “prod ready”.

• Cloud Type 3 design, zero trust
• Terraform
• IBM Cloud:

1. Networking (ALB, Transit Gateways…)
2. Security (CBR, IAM, certificate management…)
3. COS, Secret Manager, Private Catalog, Deployable Architecture…
4. Observability (activity tracker, Sysdig Monitoring)
5. Event Notification

• IBM Cloud FS framework (SCC, policies)
• Bash
• Openshift, Istio, Code Engine

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Architecture Leadership
• Previous experience of landing zone setup.
• CI/CD expertise
• Java Dev
