P3+ is a type of well-child care offered at YMC and includes:

  • Monthly visits at the same day/time for one year starting when baby is 2mo. (12 total)

  • Basic data collection and management in the form of surveys and short observations.
  • This job will require approximately 10-12 hours per month and approximately 15 hours per month in training months.
