Business Analytics Specialist

Position: Business Analyst- Analytics & Insights
Location: Mechanicsburg, PA (ONSITE)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM (Full-Time)

Purpose of Position:
As a Business Analyst at West Shore Home, you will develop reporting solutions and conduct analyses that drive business insights, while gaining experience with analytic tools and techniques.
Key Role Accountabilities:
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel to meet business needs.
• Analyze data patterns and trends to provide insights that support business objectives.
• Support data quality initiatives by reviewing and validating report accuracy.
• Help develop and track business metrics, ensuring alignment with departmental needs.
• Learn and apply analytical techniques to solve business problems.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or related field, OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Basic proficiency in Excel required.
• Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (preferably Power BI).
