Senior Accounting Manager (f/m/d)

As our Senior Accounting Manager, you'll enhance accounting processes, transition to an ERP system, manage financial consolidation, execute bookkeeping, deliver financial statements, and oversee payments and collections.

A Taste of What to Expect

• You will take our accounting processes and organisation to the next level. This includes the transfer to an ERP system, start of financial consolidation and preparation for annual audits;
• Execution of bookkeeping for our group companies while being supported by back staff;
• You are responsible for the delivery of monthly and annual closing of financial; statements and relevant data as a basis for reporting and planning;
• You are responsible for payments and collections of receivables;
• Your main stakeholders will be Controlling/FP&A, Sales, Operations Management.

The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience

• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Financial Management
• At least 5-year relevant work experience in a fast-growing business, whereby you have taken a responsible role in building up processes and organisation in accounting
• Strong knowledge of HGB, IFRS and in financial consolidation
• Preferably experience to work in an ERP environment and with Spendesk
• Experiences in leading a team
• Native German speaker and business fluent English.
