Swickard Auto Group is seeking an experienced Certified Mercedes Benz Technician to relocate to the Wilsonville, OR area.

Up to $60 Flat Rate depending on experience!

The Certified Mercedes Benz Technician will have excellent customer service skills, is a team player, has a strong work ethic, and the ability to grow into a leadership position. Experience is a must! We are a very busy dealership with steady workflow, an experienced service team, and a very up-to-date facility. Responsibilities:

• Demonstrating a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity. 
• Interact daily with customers, Service Advisors, other Technicians, Parts Associates, Cashiers, Sales Associates, and Managers
• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to ensure customer loyalty
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication
• Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair, if authorized by the customer
• Conduct multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure the safety and reliability of customer vehicles
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order
• Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
• Achieve targeted Customer Satisfaction Index

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of prior automotive diagnostic, repair experience as a technician or mechanic required.
• Mercedes-Benz manufacturer certifications
• A strong focus on Customer Service.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Possess a valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
