The Microsoft DCI Planning Team is a fast-evolving team with a mission to ensure Data Center Infrastructure equipment is available and delivered on time. Our team partners with internal and external stakeholders to plan and coordinate inventory and delivery of various equipment categories to sites all over the world. We focus on inventory readiness, business intelligence, and building relationships and processes.
we are looking for a Global Supply Chain person to join our organization. This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ, Singapore, or Dublin, Ireland. Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location. This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 100%.

Responsibilities
As an Integrated Business Planning Coordinator, you will be working with suppliers, stakeholders, and data to clearly articulate demand across multiple categories, ensure that inventory is on hand and ready to deploy, drive inventory management directions, and ensure project milestones are being tracked and met by the organization. You will maintain information which is published to other stakeholders that is used to make project decisions and drive metrics. You will also identify, communicate, and resolve risk as it occurs across a global portfolio.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in Data Science/Analytics, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or Project Management with a Supply Chain or Operations field
OR equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Query, or other Power Platform technologies.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Operations, or related field AND 8+ years experience in Data Science/Analytics, Engineering, or Project Management with a Supply Chain or Operations field
- OR Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in Data Science/Analytics, Engineering, or Project Management with a Supply Chain or Operations field
- OR equivalent experience.
- Proficiency with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Query, or other Power Platform technologies.
Integrated Business Planning IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,600 - $183,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
