Job Summary
This position will interact with Key Accounts, Jewell Distribution, Customer Service, Operations, Finance and Sales on related tasks as needed. The primary areas of responsibility will include, but not be limited to, post-sale coordination of assigned accounts, price list maintenance within ERP system as well as distributed versions and local management of marketing collateral.
Job Responsibilities
- Constant communication and coordination of assigned accounts’ orders and delivery/pickup schedules
- Manage stock item inventory levels in assigned market and coordinate and communicate with co-sales coordinators
- Manage and coordinate special order runs from assigned accounts with co-sales coordinators
- SFDC Analysis
- Sales and SKU analysis
- Administration of sales initiative programs
- Prepare monthly obsolete inventory listing
- Prepare quarterly Anchor Wall rebate report
- Manage sample delivery program
- Assist with forecasting sales and purchasing of resale products
- Assist with resolving billing issues and any conflicts with suppliers
- Generate & manage special order resale goods
- Organize marketing collateral and work with sales on reorder points
- Prepare purchase order by verifying specifications and price; obtaining recommendations from supplies for substitute items; obtaining approval from appropriate manager
- Assist with Inventory counting process on inventories as well as discrepancy research & resolution
- Weekly review & sign off of MPO report for SOX compliance
- Other duties as required
Job Requirements
- High school diploma / equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience
- Strong communication skills and an ability to work well with customers and peers.
- Manufacturing and Accounting experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to utilize mathematical concepts to compute rate, ratio, percent, percentages, and volume
- Ability to solve new or existing problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
