Senior Ecosystem Solution Architect - Sweden

<p><b>About the Job:</b></p><p></p><p><span>The Red Hat Partner Ecosystem Success team is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our team guiding the growth and development of Red Hat’s business within the Nordics region.</span></p><p><span> In this role, you will be a technical sales lead managing and developing a mix of key Systems Integration, OEM, Cloud and Distribution partners. Your primary mission is to leverage our partner ecosystem to create new sources of revenue for Red Hat, through joint solutions and offerings, and to enable our partners and Red Hat sales teams to sell these offerings to our customers.</span></p><p><span>You will create possibilities, solve problems and establish trusted relationships with our partners. You will collaborate with the Sales, Customer Success and Engineering teams to influence and accelerate the adoption of our leading-edge open source Red Hat Infrastructure, Cloud, AI and other Red Hat portfolio technologies both current and emerging.</span></p><p><span>You will lead introductory discussions for our solutions and, through deeper engagement, learn a greater depth of architectural and technical details specific to your partners and joint customers.</span></p><p><span>As a Senior Ecosystem Solution Architect, you will coordinate the efforts of other Red Hat technical staff to design solutions and ensure customer adoption and satisfaction. In this role you will be a crucial part of the first impression our partners have of Red Hat. You will have a passion for open source, and a balance of technical expertise and business acumen.</span></p><p></p><p><b>What you will do:</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Gain an in-depth understanding of our partners’ and joint customers’ business and technical objectives and IT environments</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to assess the potential application of Red Hat and Partner solutions to create and deploy technical account plans with partners that are aligned to our strategy. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Demonstrate Red Hat's value proposition, across our portfolio, to key partner executives, sales, and technical teams to identify and create valuable and sustainable partnerships.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create and deliver technical sales enablement assets for Red Hat’s field sales teams and our partners’ sales teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with partners to create new solutions and offerings that incorporate Red Hat technology.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Facilitate engineering and presales co-creation with the partner ecosystem through presentations, demonstration, workshops and pilot projects.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Perform regular reviews and report about the opportunities your assigned partners are working on.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Coordinate the technical efforts of other Red Hat resources, i.e. product specialists, Support and Professional Services.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Share your expertise by contributing to documentation (e.g., wikis, quick-start guides, blog posts, and white papers), developing reusable assets (e.g., demonstrations, workshops), and presenting at conferences.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Serve as a Red Hat product knowledge source for your partners.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you will bring<span>:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Presales, consulting, IT architecture, or equivalent experience, in support of enterprise partners and/or customers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Skill presenting to small and large groups of mixed audiences, including business, technical, management, and leadership teams.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience developing relationships at engineering, commercial, and executive levels throughout large enterprise IT organizations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaboration with others and the ability to work well in a team environment</span></p></li><li><p><span>Integration, development, or administration experience with UNIX and Linux systems.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with modern and emerging technologies, including public and private cloud, container orchestration and management, automation and configuration management, virtualization technologies (including large-scale migration), DevSecOps and CI/CD, AI and modern application frameworks.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Understanding of complex enterprise solutions and architectures.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent written communication skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluent language skills in English (and if possible a Nordics based regional language).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Willingness to travel within the region. </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p>One or more of the following is a plus<span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span>Certification(s) in Red Hat <span>Openshift/Kubernetes.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span>Certification(s) in virtualization based technologies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Certificati
