General Summary: Provides general supervision to Housekeeping staff at multiple locations and ensures housekeeping duties are performed to standards set forth by the Director and Client. Works with Director to plan projects, including defining objectives, methods and timetables. Probes potential problems and apprises Director of status on resolution of problems or issues.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide general supervision to the Housekeepers at multiple locations.
• Implements business practices to promote the company Mission and Values.
• Inventory and maintain supplies at multiple locations.
• Report to Director concerns and needs of the department.
• Fills in for the Housekeeper in the event of vacancies or call offs.
• Floor care as needed.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Cleans and keeps an orderly condition of health care facilities, residence halls, school, office buildings or similar buildings.
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, buffs, polishes floors and vacuums hallways, stairs and office space.
• Empties trash and garbage containers.
• Cleans and restocks restrooms.
• Cleans glass inside reachable areas and cleans furniture.
• Makes beds (when applicable).
• Notifies supervisor concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
• Spot cleans carpets either by hand or using a machine.
• Washes walls.
• Cleans lounges and kitchenettes.
• Completes basic cleaning duties as assigned.
• May be responsible for limited food service responsibilities such as serving meals according to posted menus, washing dishes and maintaining proper food temperatures.
• Performs other duties as assigned or necessary as they relate to the general nature of the position.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education – High School Diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of 5 years of housekeeping experience.
• Experience – 3 years supervisory experience.
REGULATORY:
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Current, valid Arizona Driver License and 39-month Motor Vehicle Report and proof of vehicle registration liability insurance to meet insurance requirements, if required.
• DPS Level I fingerprint clearance.
• First Aid, CPR certification, if required (Employer provides).
• Initial current negative TB test result, if required (Employer provides).
