Position Summary
Join our innovative Last Mile Product Team focused on optimizing eCommerce fulfillment for our International business. We work towards a dual goal: to optimize eCommece fulfillment operations to improve productivity and thus reduce cost; and to provide a seamless fulfillment experience to our customers. Be a part of a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact the success and efficiency of Walmart International’s fulfillment operations.
What you’ll do:
- Develop a product roadmap for key initiatives through collaboration with operations team by gathering feedback, identifying gaps and opportunities.
- Map the available technology against backlog to assess leverage v/s build and drive end to end ownership of solutions.
- Ensure critical business issues and core product strategies are addressed in product decisions and drive process changes based on feedback.
- Communication, collaboration and organization are key to your success. Work with cross-functional teams to translate the product strategy into product roadmap.
- Take features from ideation to full launch and rollout with a strong focus on data and metrics.
- Engage and communicate with senior leadership across multiple domains.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in development and implementation of eCommerce fulfillment products.
- Experience with product roadmap development, project management techniques, agile methodologies, and MVP creation.
- Understanding of problem formulation, hypothesis framing, business strategies, rapid prototyping, and Lean experimentation methodologies.
- Strong focus on data to drive decisions and outcomes.
- Proficiency in product and feature analytics, data analysis tools and techniques, and modern industry practices and emerging trends.
- Ability to communicate effectively in ambiguous situations, applying business communication styles, and leveraging interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
