As an international recruiter & campus manager:

• You will manage the recruitment of all types of contracts and positions entrusted to you: from the definition of the need with the manager to the proposal made to the candidate.
• You will establish a genuine relationship with the candidates by ensuring qualitative follow-up throughout the recruitment process. You are responsible for the quality of the candidate experience.
• You will participate in recruitment fairs and tech events.
• You will identify the best schools and universities in the world (especially in the UK, in Europe and North America) to achieve our recruitment targets, and become their point of contact by developing strong relationships with them.
• You will provide creative input to optimise and flourish Numberly's employer brand internally and externally, and take part in projects around our People Development topics.
• You will also be responsible for keeping a constant eye on new methods and tools, attending conferences, webinars, etc., to ensure that you are always at the forefront of recruitment news!

Contract: permanent contract

• You are fluent in English and French. 
• You have a real interest in digital topics.
• You are an autonomous, dynamic and versatile person.
• You have excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• You are a great team player and show commitment in your work.
• You are keen and able to work with various teams and different areas of expertise (project managers, developers, data scientists, media traders...)
