Why: To support the evolving buying strategy within Buying, Design, and Merchandise for our fashion collections, the 3rd Partner team requires a dedicated Sign-in Coordinator. The evolving buying strategy shifts from a long-term buying strategy to a more agile, short-term buying process using the Open to Buy (OTB) budget, with a strong focus on innovation and fashion-forward collections. For example, approximately 10% of the Nightwear department’s collection will be sourced from Turkey or other nearby development countries, enabling shorter lead times. This results in additional Sign-ins alongside the regular Pre-order Sign-ins.Why: To support the evolving buying strategy within Buying, Design, and Merchandise for our fashion collections, the 3rd Partner team requires a dedicated Sign-in Coordinator.
