Senior Data & Analytics Program Manager (Remote)

Summary:
Within the U.S. and Canada RBU, the commercial Analytics Hub is looking for a Senior Program Manager to implement a data & analytics portfolio of projects across go-to-market, delivery, and business performance analytics. This program leader will own governance capability and liaise across technical and business leaders to drive the adoption of new capabilities through strong change management. The role will drive capacity planning, resource modeling, and build integrated project plans to deliver seamlessly with a focus on customer and delivery excellence.
Job Overview:
Assists in creation and validation of the data and analytics program scope, plan and schedules for complex projects and technical/CIO-partnered programs; helps build change management and resource models to help ladder resources to projects and orchestrate capability development across the Analytics Hub to define metrics for project success; selects and applies standards (e.g. delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance), and establishes governance and prioritization for the hub's resources.
Essential Functions:
• Assists in creation and validation of the project scope, plan and schedules for complex projects and programs; helps define metrics for project success; selects and applies standards (e.g. delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance).
• Ensures the correct application of the portfolio management process and that each hub team member has the resources and information needed for success.
• Identifies risks to program success and recommends mitigation plans to management.
• Manages project delivery process, scope, and costs of complex product development projects with limited supervision; drives completion of the project and mentors other team members
• Establishes relationships with stakeholders to build support and ensures alignment for project outcomes.
• Drives change by identifying impacts of the project, building awareness and support for change within the organization, and contributing to development of communication and training.
• Evaluates project results against success metrics; creates or reengineers processes and resources to improve productivity and end product.
• Coaches the team on Scrum and Agile best practices.
Qualifications:
• Significant experience working with senior leadership to build and launch new data and analytics programs and capability development within a life sciences\healthcare environment
• Experience leading transformational IT initiatives with governance and change management
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science or related filed required

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $118,200.00 - $219,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
