Vattenfall is looking for a Security Risk Officer who will join us on our journey towards a Fossil Free Life within one generation. You will help reach our goals in a secure manner.</strong><br/> <br/> The international and cross-functional Security &amp; Resilience team at the Business Area Heat acts as a second line function and enables our Business Units to run resilient operations through the management of security risks and business continuity. By doing so we are contributing our part on the path to fossil free heating.<br/>  <br/> Your main tasks will be: </p><ul><li>As part of the 2nd line security, you support and advise the line organization with your knowledge in security management in alignment with the Vattenfall Security Management System.</li><li>Implementation and development of the local management system according to the requirements of the Vattenfall Security Management System. Describing and documenting security guidelines in line with Group and Business Area policies, so the line organization can operate according to these standards.</li><li>Visit regularly the various Heat Projects sites in the Netherlands, Sweden, Germany and UK to advise stakeholders and follow-up on security measures.</li><li>Supporting and advising the line organization in security incident case handling and investigation. You take immediate action in case of imminent threats or risks. Participation in on-call duty in connection with security incidents.</li><li>Periodic organization of Security Risk Assessments (SRA). You will analyze incidents and weaknesses according to Vattenfall standards, so management can take preventive and corrective action.</li><li>Supplier, subcontractor und 3rd party risk management for Heat Projects.</li><li>Delivering a security year plan for and aligned with the Operational Unit. The plan fits to the risks and developments in the OU Heat Projects.</li><li>Work as part of the BA Heat Security &amp; Resilience team.<br/>  </li></ul><p><strong>Location  </strong><br/> Amsterdam</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>As our Security Risk Officer you will bring:</p><ul><li>A completed relevant education at least at Bachelor level</li><li>Relevant certificates from security organizations like ASIS are a plus</li><li>At least three years of relevant work experience</li><li>Experience in an advisory role to larger projects</li><li>Very good command of spoken and written English, another Vattenfall language (Dutch, German, Swedish) is a plus<br/>  </li></ul><p> Next to this you also bring: <br/>  </p><ul><li>Experience in the above topics, preferably in security management systems and service level agreements</li><li>A proactive, driven work attitude, are able to take responsibility and to keep focus on your goals</li><li>Knowledge on how to cooperate with others, to prioritize and to work under pressure.</li><li>A critical attitude when necessary and will talk to others about their professional responsibility.</li><li>Very good communication and negotiation skills, also on a management level.</li><li>Knowledge about security laws and regulations and familiar with Security Risk Management best practices and standard processes</li><li>Willingness to travel, primarily within Europe</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>We are convinced that diversity contributes to building a more profitable and attractive company.
