Product Quality Engineer, AI/ ML Hardware

Meta is seeking a Product Quality Engineer responsible for developing and implementing world class manufacturing and quality processes for the next generation of disruptive AI hardware productsProduct Quality Engineer, AI/ ML Hardware Responsibilities

• Product Quality Engineering, AI/ ML Hardware Responsibilities
• Lead the development of a comprehensive product quality strategy and process for next-generation AI hardware systems, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding quality standards
• Ensure product and process quality targets are met by designing test methods, establishing standards and driving continuous improvement projects with Meta manufacturing partners and key commodity suppliers
• Drive root cause and corrective action for failures that occur during server integration, rack production and in the Data Center
• Early engagement with Meta Engineering teams to implement robust DFx requirements and ensure products meet cycle-time, cost, quality and yield targets
• Create and maintain all production process and quality documentation
• Conduct First Article and Source Inspections reviews on Meta hardware components and assemblies
• Create BOMs, engineering change notifications, and manufacturing process changes through product lifecycle management tools

Minimum Qualifications

• BS, Electrical or equivalent
• 7+ years experience in manufacturing and test for Compute, Storage or Network Hardware products
• Experience collaborating with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) to deliver high-quality data center server accelerator products
• Experience with manufacturing test solutions for Data Center Infrastructure hardware products
• Experience with new product introduction and manufacturing operations is required
• Knowledge of quality methodologies and tools is required
• Proven problem solving and demonstrated experience in communicating with clients and customers in order to drive positive impact

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on AI Hardware
• Scripting skills in Bash, Perl, or Python is desirable
