INTERNAL SALES/BACK OFFICE AGENT Iberia. IT. GR. UK (M/F)

Location: Madrid

 

Tasks 

-Register orders in SAP and manage EDI and/or RIS  (Local IT system)

- Organize deliveries through trucks, railway cars or Stevedoring companies/Port operators in daily contact with Supply Chain.

- Manage RDVs, delivery slots sometimes directly with customers and/or Supply Chain

- Contact customers and Sales Network permanently informed regarding Rolling Schedules, material delivery dates, orderbook status or exceptionally claim handling.

- Ensure Shipping docs & quality certificates delivery and any other documents required to customers/Banks.

-Customers visits sporadically.

Key Requirements: 

-SAP key user, Word-Excel-PPT-Data Base handling.

-Languages: English, Spanish (French-Portuguese-Italian is also appreciated)

-Team spirit & availability to travel.

-Experience in Foreign Trade is very valuable.
