We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to ensure all operational activities related to Workflow Management Service Delivery Team (All grades) for Legato HR Operations, both locally and internationally are driven and implemented in a timely and effective manner based on SLAs or KPIs, whilst contributing towards identifying or executing process improvement opportunities, driving and achieving a performance driven culture through all internal & external stakeholders, thereby attaining a high level of stakeholder satisfaction, meeting business and operations excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Workforce Management team in achieving KPIs by handling key HR activities including confirmations, attendance, transfers, performance management, employee retention, vendor coordination, and other employee-related tasks across all staff levels.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all new hire documentation and onboarding activities, including checklists, personal file management, and employee or job data administration.
- Ensure smooth handling of employee queries by monitoring the Helpdesk process and providing timely responses as per SLAs, maintaining high Client SBU satisfaction.
- Follow up on performance appraisals and employee lifecycle changes such as confirmations, transfers, secondments, increments, promotions, and data updates, ensuring letters are issued, systems are updated, necessary approvals are obtained, and all stakeholders are informed on time.
- Ensure attendance data is accurately downloaded, processed, documented, approved, and shared with relevant parties on time for attendance-related payments such as allowances and bonuses.
- Handle resignation and retirement processes by coordinating exit documentation, updating systems, completing leave and recovery calculations, processing statutory requirements, and sharing key exit information with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure vendor payments are processed accurately and on time by coordinating with internal teams, obtaining required approvals, and maintaining stakeholder satisfaction as per set processes and SLAs.
- Support the management in delivering value projects by coordinating with internal and external teams, ensuring operational tasks are completed on time and project goals are achieved.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Knowledge on Employment Law is preferable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Analytical or problem-Solving and decision-making skills.
- Good IT literacy and time management skills.
