Digital Workplace Service Delivery leader accountable for driving the successful execution of the Digital Workplace transformation initiatives through strategic vendor partnerships, operational excellence, and proactive risk management. This role ensures the delivery of high-impact programs by establishing scalable service delivery frameworks, enforcing vendor accountability through SLA governance, and embedding a culture of compliance and continuous improvement. By fostering enterprise-wide collaboration and championing employee engagement, the Service Delivery Lead will work closely with the Head of Digital Workplace to accelerate digital adoption, enhances workforce productivity, and build resilient, purpose-driven teams aligned with the bank’s long-term strategic objectives

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provides thought leadership, organizational design, management oversight and execution of Digital Workplace core function(s) or program(s).
2. Directs and oversees financial management, organizational planning and design, planning and coordination Digital Workplace -wide transformation program or programs. 
3.  Directs and oversees relationships with key stakeholders including vendor management, legal, risk and business owners and technology leads to support overall Digital Workplace strategic transformation initiatives

4. Lead the end-to-end service delivery support for RFP initiatives with external vendors, ensuring alignment with digital workplace transformation goals; collaborate cross-functionally to define requirements, evaluate vendor capabilities, and drive seamless integration of innovative solutions that enhance employee experience.

5. Ensures that program activities are on a path to deliver benefits realization.
6. Ensures implementation and oversight of appropriate risk management plans for program initiatives in area of responsibility.
7. Monitors and challenges performance of current systems and processes.  Identifies and advocates for solutions designed to deliver value and mitigate risk as appropriate.

8. Works with the Head of Digital Workplace to drive align the strategy to ensure a cohesive digital workplace experience; ensures alignment of executive priorities, fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusion, and accelerates adoption of digital tools and behaviors that enhance productivity, engagement, and organizational agility
9. Leads teams or multiple teams of internal and/or external resources. 
10. Analyzes and collectively manages variances to the program plan and overall portfolio and makes recommendation and/or creates action plan to mitigate negative variances or to resolve issues.
11. Articulates overall performance of multiple programs and initiatives via dashboard reporting for use

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Advanced degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
2. Eight years progressive related experience in managing enterprise technology organizations combined with overall twelve years progressive related experience in
