The Shipping Manager will utilize leadership, logistics experience, and communication to identify and convert change improvement opportunities related to people, process, and systems.</span><span></span></p><p><span>The ideal candidate will demonstrate safety as the primary value and lead a crew of employees to exceed shipping expectations for operations, vendors, and customers. The candidate must be self-driven and demonstrate a commitment to safety, manufacturing excellence, and quality.
