Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Operational Support: Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow across departments.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate department managers, providing guidance and support to achieve performance targets and operational excellence.
• Customer Relations: Foster positive relationships with customers and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Financial Oversight: Support financial management activities, including budget preparation, expense control, and financial analysis.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the General Manager and senior leadership in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the food industry or related field.
• Leadership Skills: Proven leadership abilities with experience in team management, coaching, and performance management.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, customers, and stakeholders.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess operational issues, develop solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
