Digital Consultants is seeking a Senior Software Manager to join our team! As the Senior Software Manager, you will provide support to include assembling, developing, compiling, or submitting A&A and Software and Application Certification Assessment (SACA) documentation. In the role you will validate cell phone utilization. Produce monthly and cumulative reports of mobile device use.

Duties to include:

• Provide support to include assembling, developing, compiling or submitting A&A and Software and Application Certification Assessment (SACA) documentation
• Validate cell phone utilization. Produce monthly and cumulative reports of mobile device use. 
• Recommend and document courses of action that may include migration/transition to different technologies or ways of doing business.
• Attend formal, informal, ad hoc meetings, working groups and forums, to remain informed and engaged on latest activity, policies, and procedures with various stakeholders.
• Complete government mandated training to gain and maintain access to DoD or AF systems such as SACA.

Requirements

• Top Secret Clearance, must be able to obtain SCI
• IAT level III Certification
• Minimum 7 years overall Information Technology experience
• Minimum 3 years of software and mobile application software security experience and 1 year testing experience which may include tools like Wireshark, Synopsys, Micro Focus, Veracode, Checkmarx, QARK or similar tools or applications. 
• Must have knowledge of National Information Assurance Partnership (NIAP) Common Criteria evaluation of commercial IT products, HQ Cyberspace Capabilities Center (HQ/CCC) SACA and Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Approved Products Certification process. 
• Must have the ability to handle multiple certification initiatives and or projects simultaneously and proactively manage each initiative IAW established HQ/CCC processes within established timelines.
• Complete government mandated training to gain and maintain access to DoD or AF systems such as SACA.
