ARHS Digital is looking for a Senior Technical Test profile to work on mediation and billing of transactional data (messaging) for one of its clients, a key player in the financial

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and control the development of test specifications/test cases/ sets of regression tests, for new and enhanced software release of applications in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ensure that test schedules and procedures are followed according to plan and that set deadlines for testing completion are met.
• Organize and control requirements/design reviews of new products with all parties concerned, ensure testability and become acquainted with new products.
• Ensure homogeneity in testing processes and propose process improvements for testing activities.
• Ensure that all captured/reported problems are identified and that solutions are proposed and prepare reports on activities of testing team.
• Promote the use of improved test automation tools within the team.
• Design test plans for multiple-phase projects of high complexity. Write and execute test cases of multiple-phase projects, analyze and log results.
• The expected deliverables with regards to testing activities are:
  • Build test approach based on JIRA stories/Acceptance criteria
  • Write test cases ensuring coverage of requirements/acceptance criteria
  • Foresee with progress and quality reporting as per approach
  • Explain on constraints and activities in agile ceremonial meetings

Qualifications

Your Profile

• Senior tester with experience in building test approaches and test coordination
• Preferably experience in an environment where large volumes of transactions were used in a mediation and billing context e.g. Telecom

Technical Skills

• Testing methodology/Certification
• SQL experienced
• Linux/Unix experienced
• Jira/Xray
• Python skills would be considered an asset (or any other object oriented PL)
• Used to working in an agile context
• Experienced with creating test approaches and presenting it to IT and Business 
• Experienced with creating effective test design
• Test execution
• Test reporting on progress and quality for small team
