Senior Manager, Operational Excellence

<p>The Operational Excellence (OE) team supports all businesses of the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) to deliver strategic objectives. You will have the opportunity to collaborate, bring fresh ideas, informative insight, planning and change with a strong a customer focus!</p><p></p><h2><b><span>CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></b></h2><ul><li><p><span>Work in partnership with multiple senior level stakeholders and cross functional teams, to identify, assess, evaluate, and implement changes related to front-to-back business process using Operational Excellence methodologies</span></p></li><li><p><span>Convert design principles to implementation roadmaps with details, risk assessment and process due diligence, considering customer experience at the core</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work on ideas generated from multiple sources and mobilizes around these ideas to quantify their value, implement the improvements that add the most value to the business through both technology and process re-engineering</span></p></li><li><p><span>Governs the process from play-test through to implementation and control ensuring project progress is appropriately managed with benefits realized and signed off by the business</span></p></li><li><p><span>Engages cross functionally with Technology on information exchange, requirement planning; with metrics &amp; reporting teams around data exchange and critical metric measurements</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drives the Transformation Plan aligned with Divisional Strategic Objectives at the Strategic &amp; Tactical level</span></p></li><li><p><span>Designs solution (Automation &amp; Process improvements) that are modular and can be replicated</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h2><b>ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:</b></h2><ul><li><p>Proven experience in the corporate environment with detailed background in Operational Excellence leading cross functional transformations.</p></li><li><p>Process optimization experience; identification improvement opportunities, quantifying impact, designing to-be process and operationalizing solution to deliver benefits</p></li><li><p>Preferred Domain – Banking, Financial Services, Consulting, Fintech</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding and experience in identifying intelligent automation opportunities (Robotics Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Process mining, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Process documentation and process modelling using IBM Blueworks/Visio or similar BPM tools</p></li><li><p><span>Have a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining and Continuous Process Excellence</span></p></li><li><p>Relevant certification, e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, Change Management, Design thinking will be an additional advantage.</p></li><li><p>Experience developing, improving, and implementing processes and providing support for quality processes/ solutions in large-scale, complex environments.</p></li><li><p>Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and presenting data findings.</p></li><li><p>Able to analyse the root causes and efficiently eliminate the problem.</p></li><li><p>Successful record of building, improving, and running quality/operational business processes globally, ability to drive program effectiveness and high levels of customer satisfaction.</p></li><li><p><span>Excellent collaborative skills, ability to work with others to deliver to specification</span></p></li><li><p><span>Passion for solving problems and excellent analytical skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines</span></p></li><li><p><span>Passion for continued learning and development</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h2><b><span>WHEN JOINING GDYNIA, YOU RECEIVE:</span></b></h2><ul><li><p><b><span>Wellbeing: </span></b>monthly wellness allowance and employee assistance program</p></li><li><p><b>Healthcare</b>: private medical care with Medicover, premium package fully covered by employer</p></li><li><p><b><span>Future:</span></b> corporate pension plan supported by Fidelity International with additional 5% of base salary to invest in selected funds</p></li><li><p><b><span>Recognition: </span></b>promoting appreciation culture through global Reward and Recognition platform</p></li><li><p><b><span>Referral:</span></b> Bonus between 8,000 to 10,000 PLN for success
