Status: Part Time

 This is a weekend position that requires working Saturdays and Sundays.

We are seeking a Non-Clinical / Admissions Assistant Supervisor to join our team at Avamere Rehab Park West. This versatile role involves managing admissions, responding to facility emergencies, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing support for social services as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with weekend referrals and admissions process, ensuring a smooth experience for residents and families.
• Respond promptly to facility emergencies, coordinating with appropriate teams and resources.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents, families, and staff.
• Serve as a backup for social services, supporting resident well-being and care plans.
• Handle a variety of tasks with flexibility and resourcefulness in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a healthcare or skilled nursing setting is strongly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
