If you Love Your Data™ and enjoy solving complex business/technical problems and want to Love your career, then this could be the job for you!<br/> <h3>What will you be doing?</h3> <ul> <li>Create and deliver smart data flows, data sets, lenses and dashboards that enable Pythian to support customer requirements and drive quick decision making</li><li>Collecting requirements from Pythian internal teams for their reporting/analytics needs and translate into stories for the team to implement</li><li>Creating Tableau dashboards for presentation of data &amp; KPIs to Pythian leadership team and operational teams</li><li>Using Tableau, create compelling visualizations of the data to present it in a easy to grasp format</li><li>Manage library of Tableau dashboards and provide support to users when searching for the right reports</li><li>Work with the rest of the Operational Innovation Data team to support Pythian’s Data Strategy, developing and maintaining guidelines and standards for the visualization of data </li></ul> <h3>What do we need from you?</h3> <ul> <li>This is a “wish list” If you are interested in this role but not sure if your skills and experience are exactly what we’re looking for, please do apply, we’d love to hear from you! While we realise you might not have everything to be the successful candidate for the Data Visualization job you will likely have skills such as;</li><li>Strong data visualization skills</li><li>Strong experience as Tableau developer with a demonstrable portfolio of dashboards to share with us!</li><li>Ideally also - strong experience working as a Business Analyst, ideally with a focus on data and analytics </li><li>Ability to interpret data to help inform business decisions</li><li>Strong analytical skills, including the ability to mine data in order to draw meaningful conclusions</li><li>Agile Project Management experience/exposure</li><li>Experience with data audits would be great</li><li>Experience with SQL and querying data from the database is a plus</li><li>Holding a Tableau Certification would also be desirable </li><li>This role involves shifted work time to cross over with North American colleagues working up to 11pm IST/1pm EST </li></ul>
