  Senior Accountant – Position (On-site)  Gigli & Nuleev – Eden Prairie, MN    Dynamic retail operation is seeking to hire a full-time Senior Accountant to help facilitate the growth of our multi-unit operation.  The Senior Accountant is responsible for supporting the CEO and Operations team.  This role is hand-on and will be the primary resource for the day-to-day accounting activities.    Key responsibilities include:  ·         Responsible for the QuickBooks set up for Gigli and Nuleev.  Including integration with Shopify and potentially additional systems as the business grows.  ·         Manages Accounts Payable (AP) function  o   Including Customer Vendor Relations and vendor set-up  o   Reconcile and research vendor statements and inquires  o   Handles all check disbursements, including commission checks  o   1099 and tax related matters  ·         Accounts Receivable invoicing and tracking  ·         Report cashflow weekly, including bank reconciliations and maintaining banking relationships  ·         Journal Entry Preparation, Fixed Asset Maintenance  ·         Month end close process  ·         Balance Sheet reconciliation, auding and researching daily paperwork and discrepancies  ·         Preparation and distribution of financial reports including review with the Key Executives  ·         Sales Tax preparation and filing  ·         Support for development of the annual budget  ·         Organization of all license renewals  ·         Develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures and policies  ·         Responds to financial questions or concerns to meet business needs  ·         Participation in update meeting as well as ongoing updates with Owners and Operational team  ·         Prepare audit request including Workers Comp and General Liability    Job Requirements:  ·         Bachelor’s degree in accounting plus 5+ years of proven experience at an advanced level  ·         Advanced proficiency in Quick Books required  ·         Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required  ·         Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately meet deadlines  ·         Self-starter with the ability to stay focused, take initiative and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously in an extremely fast-paced environment  ·         Problem solver, flexible and adapts easily to rapid change  ·         This position has no direct-report staff and encompasses all accounting functions  Compensation: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
