We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Lithia Springs, GA. This role is essential to maintaining the quality, safety, and overall resident experience within our community.

What You’ll Do

•  Perform routine maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances 
•  Complete service requests promptly and professionally 
•  Prepare apartment homes for new residents (make-ready process) 
•  Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections 
•  Maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas to company standards 
•  Respond to emergency maintenance calls (including rotating on-call schedule) 
•  Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies 

What We’re Looking For

•  1–3 years of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred) 
•  Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs 
•  EPA Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain) 
•  Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills 
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
•  Excellent customer service and communication skills 
•  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
