We're searching for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Insurance Administrative Specialist. This position entails aiding the insurance team in claims processing, managing the insurance email inbox, preparing title and ownership paperwork, and assisting with ad hoc projects.

We're searching for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Insurance Administrative Specialist. This position entails aiding the insurance team in claims processing, managing the insurance email inbox, preparing title and ownership paperwork, and assisting with ad hoc projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage insurance claims submission to our insurance partner
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of required documentation
- Monitor claim progress and ensure timely payments
- Handle incoming customer and partner emails within the insurance email inbox promptly and efficiently
- Prepare required documentation for vehicle ownership transfer
- Ensure accurate and timely issuance of payments
- Efficiently handle projects assigned by the Insurance Director
Requirements:
- 2+ years of administrative experience or relevant field
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience with insurance claims systems preferred
- Effective task prioritization, time management, and adherence to processes are required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
