LOCATION: This role is open to candidates based in one of the following markets: San Francisco Bay Area, Denver (CO), Dallas/FT. Worth (TX), Austin (TX), or New York City (NY).
CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works with venues to ensure all compliance, culture, respect, and required content is taken
Supports in-field education on safety, culture, and respect
Manages online and paper materials to create an inclusive learning environment
Supports all teammates and managers by providing necessary resources and tools
Constantly follows up post-training to receive feedback and make improvements to initiatives
Maintains and teaches Train the Trainer classrooms to enhance and certify venue trainers
Manages advanced programs such as Private Events, Shift Leader, and Supervisor
Builds and assigns Reel (LMS) modules based on local initiatives
Utilizes message boards in the Reel (LMS) to enhance communication
Utilizes reporting in the Reel (LMS) to validate online training
Leads customer service and education of the Reel (LMS)
Executes brand initiatives and rollouts
Point for communication and timelines of assigned initiatives
Ensures development tools are taught and used in assigned market(s)
Assists in the research and development of improved services and operations protocols
Develops a training culture by maintaining accountability for the training process and evaluating each venue’s performance
Executes training audits to uphold training practices, brand standards, and required signage
Measures NPS and creates action plans for common issues
Monitors turnover rates to measure the quality of hiring & the training
Introduces engagement opportunities to further create a positive working environment
Organizes and communicates reporting based on current focuses
Works closely with the Operations, F&B, Guest Experience, Facilities, Marketing, and Programming departments to ensure that all standards are being met or exceeded
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
Associates in Business or equivalent real-world experience
1+ years of LMS administration experience
Advanced computer and office skills required (MS Word, Google, etc.)
Extensive knowledge of Alamo policies, training programs, and daily operations
Displays a professional appearance and is a positive role model
Uses good judgment to make effective decisions regarding projects and initiatives
