Short-Term Technical Sourcer

You'll be working on cutting edge software with a team of people who are very supportive and collaborative, and care a lot about details.
About the role: We're looking for a short-term technical sourcer to help with a hiring sprint for high-priority specialized roles. This would be approximately 2-3 weeks long, 40 hours per week, with the goal of having both quality and quantity in outreaches each day. You would report into the People Team Lead and expertise in principle software engineering and ML engineering hires is required.
This is a contractor role and we are only considering workers who are available to work U.S. time zones.

What you'll do:

• Manage sourcing for all open technical roles at the company, including senior engineers, ML engineers, and principle engineers in our sector
• Update candidate stages and feedback in our applicant tracking system, Lever
• Work with hiring managers to identify key profiles
• Set expectations with hiring teams and candidates on timelines and next steps
• Schedule introductory calls and maintain Luminai's high talent bar

Who we're looking for:

• An experienced technical sourcer who is comfortable owning sourcing with little oversight and can deliver results
• Start up experience with a track record of scaling teams efficiently and with a high talent bar
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to iterate and adapt to rapid change
