Operational Language Analyst (OLA), Level 1-4 (MM)

<p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p> <p>The Kenjya-Trusant Group is looking for an Operational Language Analyst (OLA), Level 1-4 to support our customer in Annapolis Junction, MD. <strong>*Currently accepting Levels 1-4.*</strong></p> <p><strong>Essential Job Functions:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide scanning, translating, transcribing and analysis of foreign language materials.</li> <li>Report drafting and quality review.</li> <li>Read text material in the source language both in the native language script as well as in transliterated script.</li> <li>Scan foreign language material and assigning disposition codes in accordance with established guidance.</li> <li>Transcribe spoken language in the native language script or a transliteration system.</li> <li>Translate spoken language or graphic material into modern American English in either full or gisted format.</li> <li>Draft SIGINT reports.</li> <li>Create candidate database entries for Government-maintained language dictionaries and language-related target folders, electronic workspace tools, and profiles.</li> <li>Document information gleaned from intercept regarding target, and provision of input regarding collection.</li> <li>Perform preliminary quality review of gisted and translated material.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access; U.S. Citizenship is required.</li> <li>Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI with Poly.</li> <li>Must have SIGINT, crypto language and gisting experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>OLA 1</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>2 yrs full-time experience.</li> <li>High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent from other countries.</li> <li>ILR Skill Level 2 in Audio or Graphic.</li> <li>2 yrs performing crypto language processing – scanning, recovering EEIs, gisting, translating/transcribing, compiling working aids and databases. <ul> <li>1 yr of the 2 primary duty: translating, transcribing, and gisting.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong><u>OLA 2</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>4 yrs full-time experience or 6 without AA degree.</li> <li>Associate’s degree or 2 additional yrs of work experience.</li> <li>ILR Skill Level 3 in Audio or Graphic.</li> <li>4 years performing crypto language processing – translating/gisting sophisticated written and/or spoken materials and demonstrating all lower OLA skills. <ul> <li>2 of the 4 yrs primary duty: translating, transcribing, and/o
