About the role

Manager, Product Management - Mainstreet Customer Management

Do you want to work at the heart of Capital One’s business? Do you want to transform how our Business Analysts manage their programs? Do you want to lead a major tech transformation initiative? This is the role for you.

Mainstreet Customer Management (MSCM) is responsible for bringing product and tech solutions to life to benefit our Mainstreet Card Customers. We are seeking a Product Manager to own Mainstreet’s stake in the domain of portfolio decisioning - how do we decide which of our tens of millions of customers should be eligible for which offers? How do we make it easy for Mainstreet Business Analysts to adjust program eligibility or launch new programs?

Your delivery for the first year would be focused on a major convergence effort, ensuring that all the requirements of our business will be met when we migrate to the enterprise decisioning solution. You will directly lead 1 full-stack tech team, and will partner with 4 other PdMs to deliver program outcomes. You will also build deep SME in credit decisioning, which will give you the opportunity to help define what’s next after we’ve achieved convergence.

Along the way, you will help millions of Mainstreet customers grow their access to credit and rewards, deepening their engagement with Capital One while also driving some of the most important revenue sources in the company. You will have a direct impact on the ability of our BAs to lead profitable and forward-thinking programs.

Mainstreet Customer Management is part of the Segments Product team, which has excellent opportunities for networking, career development, and internal rotation. We’re seeking top talent to come here and invest in their competencies while driving powerful results.
