Responsible for Implementation of new & expansion system/service for FBB IT & support system.

Roles & Responses

• Understand customers’ complaint, try to find out the root causes by using problem solving skill.    
• Propose the new workflow / automatic tool to reduce customers’ complaint.     
• Develop the solution to improve the quality of all fixed broadband services    
• Propose new monitoring tool to meet customers' satisfaction (included reporting tool)    
• Customer behavior analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in IT / COMPUTER ENGINEER
• Programing Languages (optional - Unix shell script, Python, PHP, C#)
• 0-5 years in Telecommunication company, especially in fixed broadband technology 
• Customer support, Network implementation and Network Quality control (included root cause analysis)
• Programing languages: Unix shell script, Python, Excel, PPT, Good attitude, Fast learner, Leadership
